Thank you for choosing our small handmade jewelry shop! We put love and care into every order to ensure your bracelet arrives safe and sound.
Order Processing Time
For items we have ready to ship, we typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you’re ordering a custom-made bracelet or have a special request, please allow 3–10 business days for us to handcraft your unique piece. During busy seasons, processing might take a little longer, so we recommend ordering early to receive your bracelet on time. We’ll keep you updated if any delays occur. Thank you for your patience and support as we create your piece with care!
Subscription Kits & Monthly Shipments
Subscription kits follow a different shipping schedule than finished jewelry items. Monthly bracelet kits are prepared in advance and ship once per month according to the subscription schedule. Monthly subscription kits include free shipping within the United States. New subscriptions begin with the next scheduled monthly kit, which ships the following calendar month and typically arrives early in that month.
Shipping notifications and tracking details are sent by email once the monthly kit ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We happily ship all orders within the United States and will provide a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions. If you’re located near our shipping zone, economy shipping may arrive as early as 2 to 3 business days. And if you’re eager to get your bracelet faster, you can easily upgrade to standard or express shipping options at checkout. Please note that shipping upgrades affect transit time only and do not change order processing times.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship only within the U.S. We’re sorry but do not offer international shipping.
Careful Packaging
Your order is carefully packed in a padded mailer to protect it during transit. Packages include a “Fragile” sticker to encourage careful handling during shipping.
If Your Package Is Lost or Stolen
While we take great care to package every order securely, our responsibility for the shipment ends once the package is accepted by the carrier for delivery. Once your package is in transit, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier promptly with your tracking number to start a claim. Carriers typically provide limited insurance coverage for lost or damaged packages, but this coverage may not fully compensate for higher-value items. We also recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, or building management, as well as filing a police report for stolen packages if needed.
While we’re unable to replace or refund orders lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we’re always happy to help by providing tracking details and assisting with carrier inquiries whenever possible. Damaged in Transit?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you. Our Refund Policy covers damaged items and will guide you through the next steps.
Shipping Costs
We’re committed to offering you affordable shipping options that help keep your order costs low. Our economy shipping is just $3.50, providing a very reasonable and budget-friendly choice to get your bracelet safely to your door. Plus, enjoy free shipping on orders of $35 or more—check for current promotions at checkout!
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We’re unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after shipping for tracking updates to appear.
