Refund policy
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Minor variations in color, bead placement, or finish are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects. We make every effort to photograph our bracelets as accurately as possible, though some beads may appear slightly different in photos due to how they react to light. Because of the handmade nature of our products and the small size of our operation, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or preference. However, we want every customer to love their purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Notes Related to Sizing
Each product has its approximate size listed in the product description. Customers are expected to review sizing information carefully and choose their items accordingly before purchasing. Orders placed in the wrong size selected by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
If your item qualifies for return under the conditions outlined below, please contact us at store@craftyqueens.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Please include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning the item. To ensure accurate processing, we won’t be able to accept returns sent without prior approval or following a denied request.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there is a problem so we can assess and make it right. Requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accommodated, as we are a small handmade studio and need to manage inventory carefully.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration that were not present in the original shipment.
Exchanges (Finished Jewelry Only)
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the approved item and place a new order once your return is accepted. However, you may either place a new order right away or contact us to hold the replacement item until your return arrives. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through whichever option works best.
Notes for Subscription Kits
While subscription kits are not eligible for returns or refunds, if a subscription kit arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we’re happy to send a replacement for the affected item or component. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds are issued only for items confirmed to be in the same condition as originally shipped. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
