FAQ

How do I know my bracelet size?

Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string to measure around your wrist, then measure the string with a ruler. For a snug fit, choose a size close to your wrist measurement or add about ¼ inch. For a looser, more relaxed fit, add around ½ inch, as the stretchy cord will naturally expand for comfort. Please review the size listed in each product description carefully before purchasing, as orders placed in the wrong size are not eligible for return or exchange under our current policy.

What can I expect in terms of quality?

We carefully select our beads for their color, shine, and overall look, so each bracelet feels vibrant and polished from the moment you wear it. Many customers tell us their pieces look even more beautiful in person than in photos.

Each design is thoughtfully arranged to create a balanced, comfortable fit, and made to hold its shape with regular wear. Our focus is simple: bracelets that look refined, feel secure, and are easy to wear every day.

Do bracelets stretch out over time?

Our bracelets are designed to hold their shape with regular wear. The stretch cord is durable and flexible, allowing for a comfortable fit without easily losing its form.

Like all stretch bracelets, exposure to water, lotions, or frequent over-stretching can affect the cord over time. With proper care, your bracelet will maintain its elasticity and fit for everyday use.

Can I request a larger or smaller size?

We’re happy to help you find the best fit for your bracelet. If you need a different size, feel free to email us before ordering. Some designs have fixed bead patterns, so adjustments may be limited and not always possible without changing the bracelet’s look. We’ll always do our best to guide you.

What kind of natural stones do you use?

We use natural gemstone beads chosen for their color, character, and overall wearability. Because our designs celebrate vibrant, expressive tones, some stones may be stabilized or enhanced to maintain consistent color and long-term wear. This is a common practice in jewelry making. Natural variations in tone and pattern are part of what make each bracelet unique.

How should I care for my bracelet?

To keep your bracelet looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals (such as nail polish remover or cleaning products). We recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, showering, or applying skincare products. Store it in a dry place when not in use.

With simple care, your bracelet will remain beautiful and comfortable for everyday wear.

What if a bracelet I like is sold out?

Most of our pieces are crafted in small batches, with select designs produced again only in limited quantities. If you fall in love with a design that’s sold out, send us an email and we’ll do our best to recreate it for you. If we’re not able to make the same one, we can craft a similar piece inspired by the original look and feel.

Can I return or exchange my bracelet?

Returns and exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. For full details, including sizing and non-returnable items, please see our Refund Policy.

When will I receive my first subscription kit?

Subscription kits ship monthly. New subscriptions begin with the next scheduled monthly kit, which ships the following calendar month and typically arrives early in the month.

Are the subscription kits the same every month?

No. Each month features a new theme inspired by seasons, colors, and special moments. While the overall style remains consistent, the beads, colors, and charms change from month to month.

Are subscription kits refundable?

Subscription kits are not eligible for returns or refunds. If your kit arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

Is the bracelet kit suitable for kids?

Our DIY bracelet kits are recommended for ages 8+ with adult supervision. Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

Is there any benefit to staying subscribed long term?

We love thanking our long-time subscribers with thoughtful extras from time to time as part of the subscription experience.
